Dapper, a.k.a. Dippy

Dapper was the head of FanClub II. A small but wise ruler, and foam miner in his prime, his sole purpose in life, I think, was to find out what was going on. While his brothers were busy chasing each other's avocados, he was busy trying to find new and ingenious ways of sticking his nose out. I'll miss you you little Dip....
