UGH!!!
This is a rat tail.
When most people see a rat, the first thing they see is the tail, and the most common
response is "THAT TAIL IS DISGUSTING." In all seriousness the tail is vital to rat existence.
It not only provides balance for ratto adventures, it also is a great temperature regulator
so when it gets hot, better look for some water.
